Cassondra is a treatment therapist who specializes in back, neck, and shoulder issues.  She has spent many years working with migraine headache suffers. She has extensively trained in Trigger Point Therapy. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and has been working with cancer survivors for the last 9 years.

She works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.  She has a long list of services which includes Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymph Drainage (Lymphatic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage), Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Thai Herbal Ball Massage, Cold Stone Face Massage for Migraines, also Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stones and a few other massage services.

Yaslin is a well rounded massage therapist and esthetician.  She offers many services including waxing, facials, body treatments and of course massage.  She can customize any service to meet your needs.

Analiza acquired her skills in Montreal Canada in 2004 and in Rochester New York in 2016. Her aim is to provide a total therapeutic, deep tissue massage. This kind of massage may not be the most comfortable but as you go deeper into the tight muscles or knots the more muscle relief you end up getting. It helps the blood circulation, flushing out the toxins, and feeling much better afterwards etc. 

She works Monday- Saturday and Sunday by request. She provides Deep Tissue, Swedish, Back Neck & Shoulder, Prenatal, Reflexology, Acupressure, Ashiatsu, and Sarga.

Aaron is a well-rounded massage therapist who offers a variety of massages from relaxing to treatment based sessions. Each session is tailored and designed to help rejuvenate the body.  In doing so, his goal is to help you feel relaxed and comfortable while in his care.

He is working Mondays & Thursday and provides Swedish, Deep Tissue, Back/Neck/Shoulder Massage, Hot Stones and Shiatsu.

Kara graduated Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2012 and has been a full time practitioner since. Her approach to massage is one of mindfulness and compassion, integrating different techniques to meet your individual goals. She has education and experience working with clients suffering from  chronic muscular pain, as well as clients with health conditions/disabilities and can adapt her massage as needed for comfort. From light Swedish relaxation to deep, focus-area massage, Kara will work with you to create a treatment that is right for your needs.
